Holy Cow! I hit 3 months in the field on Wednesday I cant believe how fast my mission is going. It literally feels like I just got here like a week ago. next week is transfers but we will know what is happening on Friday. Both my companion and the zone leaders are convinced that I will be training an new missionary. Which I am not sure if I want to or not yet mainly because of how little I know. I am really excited to know what is going to happen we are 99% sure my companion is leaving actually most of the zone is leaving the only people that will be here are all the greenies haha that will be fun. not much happened this week except I set a new personal record for lessons taught in a day also i beat Elder lee chips record to which was really awesome to me but anyways i was able to teach 7 lessons in one day it was really fulfilling. hope you all have a awesome week!

Aloha! It is hot here! for like the last 3 days it's been 85 degrees! I am roasting alive! Anyways, this week has been awesome so far. Today is walking Wednesday which apparently is a thing. Ha Ha , it's actually a lot of fun plus I could use the exercise, these samoans are making me fat! I have gained 5 pounds since being here. That might not sound like a lot but my body is really good looking already, I can't mess that up! Ha Ha! Now I am a little stressed because my trainer will be gone in two weeks, then I am so dead because I only really started to pay attention this week, so I'm not sure if I can take over the area yet. Elder Lee says I am ready to take over and even train a new missionary. Ha Ha that was a good laugh. Oh, I'm not sure if I told you this but we got a new car, we were driving a 2011 silver Toyota, Corolla and now we have 2013 Blue Toyota Corolla, ha ha it's kind of a big deal. My companion and I haven't killed each other yet so that's good. JK we are actually doing really well, we are having success and also having fun which is awesome. This Monday we got to go mini golfing at a course that one of the Bishops in our Stake owns. Also yesterday we had a game night with one of our less active members, it was a lot of fun losing at "Clue" ha ha. It's all good, I had to let them win. All in all it's been a really good week. I know that this church is TRUE 100% I know that God wants all of us to return to live with him, I know families can be together forever. Don't worry about  me, I have never been more happy in my life, I have never felt the Spirit the way I do when I wear this badge on my shirt, don't ever forget that God is real and he is there to help us all though any trial. I love all of you. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Love, Elder Olson

Letters/Email Jan/Feb 2015

Aloha!
Hey! Sorry I have been slacking, I have been just a little busy saving people. Ha Ha Jokes. But for real I have been crazy busy this week, we were able to teach 19 lessons! That's the most I have had on my mission so far! But we also got to see on of our investigators enter the waters of baptism on Saturday, which without a doubt is one of  the most fulfilling moments in my life with the exception of when I got to confirm her a member of the church, the Spirit that was in that circle was the most intense I have ever felt before and being the baby that I am, I was just crying , really, I am surprised that anyone could understand me. Anyways, I am still alive so don't worry. I just thought you might want to know what my schedule is like here. At 6:30 we wake up, and we are supposed to be doing our morning exercise, but normally by the time we roll out of bed and say our prayers it's breakfast time, which normally means good old cold cereal, while my companion showers. Then when he is done we switch. After breakfast we have our study's until lunch. After lunch we start visiting all the people that we planned to visit the night before. Most of the time they are not home, but that's why we have back up plans for everyone, so for example, we probably write down 25-30 names, but we only normally only get into 3-5, but the really cool part about it is that most the time we end up teaching people that weren't on our list. Ha Ha, turns out the Lord just had us write down one name, so that we would run into someone else. Then we do that till dinner which is normally at a members home. Then it's back to work until 9pm. Then we plan for the next
day, which is what I have the least amount of motivation to do when I get home, but it's important so we do it. So yep that's about how my day goes, it's actually pretty fun, especially if you make it fun, which I feel like I am pretty good at
ha ha. Hope you are all doing well, thanks for all
the support and love.

                          Ashley and husband Mac

Hey,
This week seems to be slower than last, but we are actually about the same number wise. I am doing really well. I really have learned so much its crazy! My Companion and I have really been great, I still have a few time sharing issues, but that's to be expected. I am having a lot of fun, our ward missionary has been teaching me a lot about
surfing, it's really cool, there are actually supposed to be 50 foot waves on Wednesday, and that's some serious waves! We actually have two investigators that have a baptism date now! Its way cool, one is Ashley, she is from Alabama and lives on the military base with her husband Mac, she is really cool, I think after she gets baptized , Mac will follow. The other one is Amber, her story is funny because both Elder Lee and I thought she was already a Mormon, she is 17 and has been going to church for 2 years, and she just
told us "hey I want to get baptized, do you think you could help with that?" Ha Ha. It was awesome. Well that's about it.
I love you.
